How to send a parts request that gets answered quickly
Give us as much detail as you can. The more accurate the request, the faster we can confirm the correct part or tell you if an equivalent will do. If you only have a photo, send that too and we will work from the markings and shape.

What to include when a part must fit exactly
Some parts need exact matching, especially on refrigeration systems, auto aircon jobs and pump repairs. A part that is close but not correct can lead to leaks, poor pressure, nuisance tripping or early failure, so accuracy matters.
Please include measurements where you can, such as diameter, thread size, voltage, pressure rating or length. If the item came off a commercial system or a cold room build, mention the application too because the working conditions may affect the correct selection. We’d rather confirm once than have you drive back for a second part.

When you are not sure of the part name
It is common to know the fault but not the exact part name. If your system is making noise, tripping, losing gas, freezing up or not starting, describe what it is doing and we will help narrow it down. A short note and a phone photo can save a lot of time.
