How collections work from New Park, Kimberley
Collections are available from our New Park base in Kimberley during normal trading hours. Please place your order first so we can confirm stock, pick the items, and have the right parts ready when you arrive. This helps avoid waiting around and keeps the handover quick.
For larger items such as compressors, condenser units, pumps, copper coils, or solar backup equipment, we may ask for a bit of notice so the load can be checked and safely loaded. If you are collecting on behalf of a contractor or site team, please bring the order reference and the name of the person who placed it.
- Collect from our New Park premises in Kimberley
- Bring your order details or invoice reference
- Check loading space for bulky or heavy items
- Ask us if you need help arranging a bakkie or trailer sized load
Local delivery in Kimberley and nearby areas
We deliver across Kimberley, including New Park, Roodepan and Galeshewe, as well as nearby industrial and residential sites. Local delivery is useful for urgent spares, replacement parts, aircon equipment, pumps and refrigeration materials that need to reach site without delay.
Delivery times depend on stock, order size and route planning. Where access is limited, such as tight yards, upstairs plant rooms or busy business sites, please tell us in advance so we can plan the drop-off properly. Clear access saves time and avoids extra handling charges.
- Ideal for urgent parts and replacement equipment
- Good for job sites with limited collection transport
- Let us know about gates, stairs, loading bays or security checks
- Sign for goods on receipt and inspect packaging before fitting
Regional dispatch across the Northern Cape
We dispatch orders to towns across the Northern Cape, including Kuruman, Upington and surrounding areas. This includes equipment for contractors, farms, workshops, mines, lodges, schools and commercial premises. Regional delivery is arranged case by case, depending on the size and weight of the order and the destination route.
Some items travel better when packed together, while others are best sent on their own due to size or breakability. If you are ordering refrigerant tools, ventilation fittings, motors, pumps or solar backup components, we will advise on the best way to move them so they arrive in good order.
- Regional dispatch can be arranged to most Northern Cape locations
- Heavier loads may need a dedicated vehicle or courier booking
- Orders for outlying sites should allow extra travel time
- Remote deliveries may need a contact person to receive the goods
What to expect for heavy, fragile or urgent equipment
Some products need extra care during transport. Cold room panels, evaporator components, glass fittings, control gear and some aircon parts must be handled carefully to avoid damage. Pumps and motors also need proper packing, especially when they are going to dusty sites or long distances in the heat.
If your order is urgent because of load-shedding, a breakdown, or a site deadline, tell us the deadline when you place the order. We will do our best to prioritise the pick and advise what can leave same day and what may need to wait for the next run. In peak periods, stock may move fast, so early ordering helps.
- Fragile items are packed to reduce movement in transit
- Heavy equipment may be crated or strapped for safer handling
- Urgent orders should be flagged as soon as you enquire
- Keep the original packaging until the item is checked and installed
Receiving goods on site
When your delivery arrives, please check the parcel count, packaging and item details before signing. If anything looks short, damaged or incorrect, note it on the delivery paperwork straight away and contact us as soon as possible. That gives us a clean record and speeds up the next step.
For site deliveries, make sure someone is available to receive the goods during the agreed delivery window. If the site is closed, access is blocked, or nobody can sign, the delivery may need to be rescheduled. That can add delay and extra cost, especially on regional runs.
- Count parcels before signing
- Check for dents, tears or wet packaging
- Report any issue without delay
- Keep the paperwork for warranty and follow-up support
How to plan your order for smoother delivery
A little planning goes a long way, especially for air-conditioning, refrigeration and pump work where one missing fitting can hold up the whole job. Send us your list early, confirm the site address, and tell us if the order is going to a home, workshop, farm, or commercial building. This helps us prepare the right mix of stock and avoid split deliveries where possible.
If you are unsure about the items you need, our team can assist before dispatch. Lerato and Nadia can help with order queries, while Charlene can check parts and stores availability. For workshop-linked items or commissioning support, Pieter and Thabo can advise on what should travel together and what should stay with the install team.
- Confirm the full delivery address and contact number
- Tell us if the order is for immediate fitting or future storage
- Ask about stock availability before booking transport
- Let us know about after-hours site access or security requirements
